Mission Statement	To advance the spectral field through inspiration, education, research and standards, launching this field into the forefront of mainstream knowledge and technology. The Hyperspectral Imaging Foundation a community committed to education and the advancement of scientific discovery. The HSIF will foster community cooperation and involvement by providing information and resources about hyperspectral imaging and related sciences and supporting technological advances through its diverse programs; creating a greater commitment to learning and understanding.
Volunteer Duties	We are a Science-based Non-Profit that actively is engaged in research and new technology. We are looking for someone that can help contribute or shape our Educational Programs. We also need help with Research and Technology, and also have needs in the home office, and website upkeep. Volunteers with an interest in marine biology are encouraged to volunteer.
